RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Muse Refined accepts major credit cards and offers Paypal check out for payment.  If you need assistance with your order, please email us directly at: support@muserefined.com. You may return or exchange your Muse Refined jewelry within 7 business days within delivery date for a refund or an exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear or have been engraved, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return.  If you would like to make a return please request a return authorization and email: weborders@muserefined.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Muse Refined is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount.  Refunds will not be issued on shipping charges for returned orders.  

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders and personalized jewelry are outside the scope of regular designed productions and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed.

 

TAXES
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged to all sales where Muse Refined has a physical presence.
