RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Muse Refined LLC accepts major credit cards and offer Paypal check out for payment.If you need assistance with your order, please email us directly at: support@muserefined.com. We at Muse Refined want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you may return or exchange your Muse Refined jewelry within 7 business days after you receive your product and we will issue a refund or an exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.  If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization us at: weborders@muserefined.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your receipt. Muse Refined is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.  

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are outside the scope of regular designed productions and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable form the time the order is placed.

 

TAXES
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged to all sales where Muse Refined has a physical presence. Currently this is San Jose which has a sales tax rate of 8.75%
